Description Fred Wells 2010-09-18 01:30:42 CEST
This kernel release has been out for some time with no corresponding kmod-wl. Of course, this causes users using this module to break upon routine fedora update.

Not sure why this bug was raised, package kmod-wl-2.6.34.6-54.fc13.x86_64-5.60.48.36-1.fc13.17.x86_64 has been available for some time. Package for current kernel 2.6.34.7-56.fc13 is also available.

Quite simply, at the time I opened the bug, the pkg was not available even though the kernel had been out for nearly 2 weeks. Here's the date history...

  - 9/5: kernel-2.6.34.6-54.fc13.i686 released
  - 9/18: This bug opened
  - 9/19: kmod-wl-2.6.34.6-54.fc13.i686 released

Of course, due to the 9/19 release, this bug can be closed. :)
