Although it has been a while since kernel version 2.6.35.11 was released, there has been no update to kmod-wl corresponding to it. This has made it impossible to use Broadcom wireless interface BCM4312 with kernel version 2.6.35.11. The output of uname -a on my system is as follows.

The latest version of kmod-wl available at the time of filing this report is 2.6.35.10-74.

Required update has been released within 24 hours of filing the bug report. I don't know how long it usually takes for RPM Fusion to provide updates for packages that track the latest kernel. However it may be, I am closing this bug because the issue has been resolved.
