A collection of desktop entries to handle ROM files for certain game consoles. Uses the Multiple Emulator Super System (MESS) to start a game by simply double-clicking the ROM file from a file manager.

This package supplements the "mess" package, which is also on rpmfusion.

rpmlint output:

There is no homepage for this package yet.  If/when I write one I'll add a URL tag.  For now, the source URL is the homepage.

I also maintain gnome-video-arcade on rpmfusion.  I'm the upstream author of both packages.  I'm already a Fedora proven packager.

Wouldn't it be better to integrate these desktop entries in the existing MESS package?

I thought about that, but the desktop files will eventually have translations and integrating all the intltool and gettext infrastructure into the mess package might be messy.

It is really not needed to use gettext to translate desktop entries, IMHO the overhead is too much for such a task.

This package has little sense outside MESS. Please contact MESS maintainer and work together to have a better MESS package.

RPMFusion is no longer releasing updates for this version of Fedora. This bug
will be set to RESOLVED:EXPIRED next week to reflect this.

If the problem persists after upgrading to the latest version of Fedora, please
update the version field of this bug (and re-open it if it has been closed).

Closing this bug with the EXPIRED resolution since Fedora no longer ships updates for this version of Fedora.

Please set the Version field to a supported version of Fedora if you re-open this bug.
