Wouldn't it be better to integrate these desktop entries in the existing MESS package? I thought about that, but the desktop files will eventually have translations and integrating all the intltool and gettext infrastructure into the mess package might be messy. It is really not needed to use gettext to translate desktop entries, IMHO the overhead is too much for such a task. This package has little sense outside MESS. Please contact MESS maintainer and work together to have a better MESS package. RPMFusion is no longer releasing updates for this version of Fedora. This bug will be set to RESOLVED:EXPIRED next week to reflect this. If the problem persists after upgrading to the latest version of Fedora, please update the version field of this bug (and re-open it if it has been closed).
