Summary: The console framebuffer driver for VIA graphics

The x86_64 build doesn't worked for me. If someone report it to work, i will re-enable it... "via" GPU are only available on %{ix86}. If there is arch where it is available and build fine that i don't know, please report it. It will be fixed later.

inkernel viafb works with 2.6.28.1-16.fc10.i686 and later...
