The documentation at http://rpm.livna.org/ claims packages should be available also for RHEL6 x86_64 installations (well, at least that's how I read "version 5 and later") but installing livna-release.rpm will cause the system to search paths like http://wftp.tu-chemnitz.de/pub/linux/livna/repo/6Workstation/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml and fail.

livna.org say to ask on the list; but it looks to me as like somebody saw it nevertheless and did what you wanted
