Description Patrice Ferlet 2011-07-27 11:10:11 CEST
Hi,

There is a problem with current version of kmod-wl. I used tcpdump to understand.
When a computer on lan connects, it send an avahi (mdns) broadcast. Each computers get it excepting my laptop wich use kmod-wl.

I tried to compile last broadcom driver and it works great (see: french page http://blog.fedora-fr.org/metal3d/post/Bug-avec-le-pilote-WL-et-Avahi)

Regards

Since the needed module version was released in RPMFusion for wl-kmod, as suggested in your WEB link, I tagged this bug as RESOLVED:FIXED. Feel free to re-open it if necessary.
