It seems rpmfusion branches later than Fedora, so that those trying to upgrade to Fedora branched (in this case, 16) can't get the correct list of mirrors.

A solution could be to let mirrormanager for F16 point to the rawhide repo until branching is done

This was solved and we've tried to branch as the same time as fedora.
...Still in progress.
