hi, yeah repo misses akmod-VirtualBox-OSE-4.1.12
My mistake ...
if you not use akmods and just kmods you may remove akmod-VirtualBox-OSE-4.1.10.

akmods was pushed to testing repo .
should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing akmod-VirtualBox-OSE-4.1.12'

ty
I removed akmod-VirtualBox-OSE-4.1.10
VB still works and update works without errors.

btw , you should install (if wasn't yet)
kmod-VirtualBox-OSE-4.1.12-1.fc16.3.x86_64, the meta package to have a better sync with kernels.
