gst-plugins-bad 0.10.23 is available, but only 0.10.22 is packaged in the fusion repos

Thanks for the heads-up, I've just updated gstreamer-plugins-bad to 0.10.23, and build it for devel + F-17. It should show up in the repositories as soon as an admin gets around to pushing it.
