If possible, please disable/omit libinhibit_plugin

1.  it targets legacy gnome/freedesktop org.freedesktop.PowerManagement dbus interface, gnome3 no longer supports it

2.  the same (or similar) functionality is provided by libxdg_screensaver_plugin

3.  it so happens that kde does support it, but using it seems to tickle a bug that inadvertantly unconditionally enables DPMS

I'm working on fixing item 3, but in the meantime, omitting libinhibit_plugin would be nice and make a large class of users happier.  thanks for your consideration.

Sure enough, as soon as I file this, confirmed kde fix is on the way.

so, nevermind. :)
