picard is split into the Fedora main package "picard" and and addon package only in RPM Fusion because of it's dependency on ffmpeg "picard-freeworld".  Unfortunately they need to be pushed in tandem in both repos because they need to be ABI compatible.

Can you please keep these picard-freeworld for F-17 and F-18 in testing until such time as picard in Fedora is pushed?

Fedora picard packages for f17 and f18 now submitted to stable.  Please push corresponding picard-freeworld when they go live.  Thanks!

I expect picard-freeworld is at 1.2 in rpmfusion also.
