Description Matt Hirsch 2013-08-05 02:15:22 CEST
This bug has already been patched in mpd:

http://bugs.musicpd.org/view.php?id=3650

It says it should apply for 0.17.x, but I am seeing it in mpd-0.17.3-3.fc19.x86_64

Any chance this patch could be applied?

Thanks.

mpd source rpm with linked patch included

I rebuild the current mpd package srpm to include the patch from the linked upstream bugreport. This solves the issue for me.

Hrm,

This is what the mpd source looks like now:

http://git.musicpd.org/cgit/master/mpd.git/tree/src/decoder

I dont' see where this patch is supposed to be applied since they converted to C++. I'll update to 0.17.5+. Can you please check if you still experience the issue with it?

Ankur

Hi Matt,

Are you still seeing this issue with the current mpd version?

Thanks,

RPMFusion is no longer releasing updates for this version of Fedora. This bug
will be set to RESOLVED:EXPIRED next week to reflect this.

If the problem persists after upgrading to the latest version of Fedora, please
update the version field of this bug (and re-open it if it has been closed).
