The proper package name is "phonon-backend-vlc". vlc-phonon-backend was created by mistake. See bug 1309 for details.

Please retire the phonon-backend-vlc package, or just remove it altogether from owners.list, bugzilla, and CVS.

Cleaning from the (still unreachable) cvs.rpmfusion.org content.
Please get the bug assigned to me if you haven't found any answear to your infra bug.

To be confirmed once either cvs or another scm rise up.
