Please add lua and libquvi support.

BuildRequires:  lua-devel

libquvi required for playing Youtube videos, lua for On Screen Controller (OSC).

I'd like to confirm this "bug". With the lack of Lua, the "On Screen Controller" isn't usable and since mpv doesn't have a GUI this makes its use hard for normal users.

Release 0.2.4 available, so it can be built with additional BuildRequires.

Is there any reasons to not use lua and libquvi (mpv-0.2.4-2 built without them)?
