Description Jochen Schmitt 2013-11-17 15:09:25 CET
I have bought a Macboom Pro Retina late 2013 and installed Fedora 19 on it.

When I shodown the X11 server I got a bklankscreen and the Apple logo on the backside gets dark. the same effect occures on an MacBook Pro late 2009 when I boot it in the EFI mode. When I using legacy GRUB this effect doesn't occured.

Install packages:
keren-3.11.8-200.fc19.x86_64
xorg-x11-drv-nvidia-331.20

How to reproduce the issue.

1. Boot the system in EFI-mode but linux should goes in thext mode.
2.) Start X11 with startx
3.) Try to shotdown X11 by exit the desktop environment.

I'm not sure to understand what you expect from our side ?
