This is required for the upcoming VLC 2.2 BD+ support. It can be compiled without libaacs support, but without it there's no way to play encrypted discs. Upstream patch added after 0.1.0 for removing libaacs support: http://git.videolan.org/?p=libbdplus.git;a=commitdiff;h=bd48e605afd8649cfb2a5e48a6233b7500809d22;hp=4f4dabd4fd70edf0d510bd8bb400b076026ebe43 Already submitted : https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3099 And libaacs is already packaged so libbdplus can be built with libaacs support enabled. I'll diff the specs and see if there's anything that needs to be merged. If you can do the review and co-maintain with me, that would be awesome. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 3099 *** (In reply to comment #3) > I'll diff the specs and see if there's anything that needs to be merged. > If you can do the review and co-maintain with me, that would be awesome. Sure, no problem. |
