Its modified src package taken from F19 .

In addition I replaced amd-catalyst-13.9-linux-x86.x86_64.zip with amd-catalyst-14.1-betav1.3-linux-x86.x86_64.zip

Here you have a little explanation and links to more explanation about relation between the new AMDGPU libre driver and Crimson propietary one, and a link to download Crimson from amd.com.

However Crimson & AMDGPU don't offer support for old cards, so maybe having both this stack and the old one (Radeon + Catalyst) makes sense.

http://ati.cchtml.com/buglist.cgi?bug_status=__open__&content=&no_redirect=1&order=bug_id%20DESC&product=&query_based_on=&query_format=specific

from unofficial bugzilla seems that almost support kernel-4.5, but from http://ati.cchtml.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1233#c1 seems doesn't support xorg 1.18 , I don't know
