Afaik, rpmfusion has no support for el7 yet.

When/if it does, definitely. :)

I guess you didn't mention el7 explicitly, it may be possible to support el6 (kdenlive minimum requirements claim to be kde-4.3/Qt-4.5)

When rpmfusion gets around to supporting el7/centos7 the following should prove useful also.

Dependancy Bugs filed are as follows:

EPEL Bug 1123269 - recordmydesktop -- needed for install
