Rawhide plague builds are trying to fetch some packages from the rpmfusion-free-needsign-rawhide repo that have already been moved to the regular repos.
I guess the rpmfusion-free-needsign-rawhide repodata needs to be regenerated.

This affects at least packages that buildrequires ffmpeg or xine-lib. Namely, at least xbmc and xine-ui currently can't be built. xine-ui builds fine in a local mock build.

It's done automatically once a package got rebuilt.
There is only a need to have a package not using any dependency from the previous metadata
This still happen from time to time, I only care about new koji.
