Unfortunately RPMFusion's "devel" branch is still targeting F21, so this will have to wait until the infrastructure catches up. For now, please rebuild the src.rpm locally if you're on rawhide.

yes, but it seems everything else is there and is ready, it's only ffmpeg. I did that a few days ago and I think it's save to say that ffmpeg-2.4.3-2. builds and runs just fine on rawhide22.
Maybe you can can do the same and put it into repo, no?

This bug has been around for months.
But I understand it's much less resource greedy to follow stable fedoras than the speedy rawhide.
