The version available in Rawhide should fit your needs. It will be backported in F-10 once when we decide to update the multimedia packages there. BTW, we only use gpac for mp4 output within x264 until now. (which may be disabled because of a circle dependency - See : http://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=362 ) If you are using gpac for a package that isn't available in the rpmfusion repository, please let us now. I am using MP4Box for repacking mkv with AC3 track included to mp4 container. The package from rawhide seems to work for me. Thanks!
