Description Alex 2009-02-13 14:34:42 CET
Support for AC3 muxing in ISO Media and AC3 decoding was recently added to GPAC. It would be great if the gpac package was updated to include the AC3 support.

The version available in Rawhide should fit your needs.
It will be backported in F-10 once when we decide to update the multimedia packages there.

BTW, we only use gpac for mp4 output within x264 until now.
(which may be disabled because of a circle dependency -
See : http://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=362 )

If you are using gpac for a package that isn't available in the rpmfusion repository, please let us now.

I am using MP4Box for repacking mkv with AC3 track included to mp4 container.
The package from rawhide seems to work for me. Thanks!

I've updated gpac in F-10.
yum --enablerepo=rpmfusion-free-updates-testing update gpac\*
