Looking to code page we are in commit [r4038] when version released is [r2846] https://sourceforge.net/p/oxine/code/2846/ we have 1192 commits not released ? I wrote to oxine-devel@lists.sourceforge.net another package to retired "the project has been dead for years. If you are interested you will have to build from what is available in the subversion repo.
