Hello.

From bug #2746 , we should add in chromaprint-tools.spec

 Obsoletes: picard-freeworld < 1.3
 Provides: picard-freeworld = 1.3

btw [1] chromaprint-tools have one update to 1.2 , the chromaprint-tools is 1.1  in RPMFusion F23

Please build chromaprint-tools-1.2-1 for F23 free repo to sync with chromaprint 1.2 from Fedora https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/chromaprint
