I found that I could uninstall vice-2.4-4.fc22.x86_64 and vice-data-2.4-4.fc22.noarch, then install all vice packages listed in http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/updates/testing/23/x86_64/ (namely vice-common, vice-data, vice-x128, vice-x64, vice-xcbm-ii, vice-xpet, vice-xplus4, and vice-xvic, all version 2.4.24-2.fc23) with no broken deps. The old vice-2.4-4.fc22.x86_64 still exists in the repo but is uninstallable since it depends on the old version of vice-data. Correct, the replacement for the old vice package missing in 2.4.24 is fixed in 2.4.24-3, which is in git, but needs to be build and pushed to updates-testing. vice 2.4.24-3 nonfree ,ready to be build for F23 vice-2.4.24-3 built and publish for F23: http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/updates/testing/23/x86_64/repoview/vice.html This bug should be fixed, if not, please, reopen this bug.
