Mixxx 2.0 includes a udev rule at res/linux/mixxx.usb.rules in its source tree (https://github.com/mixxxdj/mixxx/blob/1.12/res/linux/mixxx.usb.rules ) that needs to be installed for users to have permission to use HID and USB Bulk controllers. The RPMFusion package should install this to /lib/udev/rules.d/

Now you may maintain your package again, by commit in cgit and request builds yourself. Just need follow: http://rpmfusion.org/Contributors instructions.
