At startup:

akmods is pretty clear on error: 
No akmod packages found, nothing to do.

you need install one of these packages: 

akmod-nvidia         367.35-1.fc23.x86_64
akmod-nvidia-304xx   304.131-3.fc23.x86_64
akmod-nvidia-340xx   340.96-3.fc23.x86_64

Sorry I though I was answer another question about nvidia.  
Anyway the warning is fixed on commit f60836a807696668c40e81e7166cd0c78b6787db [1] , package should be available soon (in updates testing first) .
