There is a need to adapt the koji-hub policy to allow packagers to tag their packages into the override repo if needed.

This is working and documented [1] 

Note: also koji-rpmfusion tag-build package also trigger one koji-rpmfusion regen-repo , so indirectly we may call koji-rpmfusion regen-repo when repo aren't update it.
