Tne Nvidia driver 375.20 has been released with supoort for xorg 1.19

It's already available using rpmfusion-nonfree-updates-testing
Please report testing. (it doesn't work for me , but I'm on a complex setup with optimus http://rpmfusion.org/Howto/nVidia_Optimus)

after installing kmod-nvidia and rebooting with the KDE Plasma desktop 

i get a message that Plasma will not work with OpenGL 2 and the system hangs

do you have any suggestions ?

Open a new issue and provide full logging if you want your issue taken seriously.
