Description Ola Thoresen 2009-03-14 20:08:18 CET
FFMpeg recently actually made a release!
Please update to ffmpeg 0.5 as it seems like a lot of new formats are supported and bugs are fixed.

Already built for rawhide/F-11. Right now, I don't have time to do the update for F-10/F-9, because it involves rebuilding most of our multimedia packages.

Are there any plans to update (again) to a more recent version of ffmpeg?
My personal interest is in the resolved bug 800 from ffmpegs mantis which was fixed with r17856.

I don't have any specific plans due to lack of time, but I could try backporting that fix during the weekend.

Thanks, that would be great.

Sorry, nothing new yet. I want to take care of my packages in Fedora first, before beta freeze.
