I can't report for Centos 7 directly so I report this in Fedora. This is about the rpmfusion updates free repository for Centos and Rhel 7.
There is a dependecy missing for openshot which prevents it from being installed in Centos 7.
The dependency name, I dont' remember correctly but it is called gocanvas something.
It is present in the Nux dextop repository but that repository conflicts with the rpmfusion repository.

Can't find this package in Epel, but it is there for El 7, Centos and Rhel.

The missing package is goocanvas, the built rpm can be found here
https://li.nux.ro/download/nux/dextop/el7Workstation/x86_64/
This is the nux dextop repo for el 7.
Just search goocanvas
The source code can be found here.
https://wiki.gnome.org/Projects/GooCanvas
The package is not found in Epel, I believe it has a good license to be included in Epel.

Goocanvas is found in Epel. Just need to be installed manually.
