pangzero needs to be updated to the latest perl. But it might not need to be in rpmfusion any more, per Nicolas Chauvet. It was in rpmfusion because it used lame, and lame is now in Fedora because the mpeg patents have expired.

after rebuilding perl packages against perl 5.26.0, we are waiting from perl-SDL resolution [1]

These are all now done (not all by me), with the exception of pangzero
as it requires perl-SDL, which FTBFS in F-27 on ppc64*
(https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1427880).

I also changed some dependencies from "perl" to "perl-interpreter" where
appropriate, as per
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/perl_Package_to_Install_Core_Modules
; whilst this only makes a difference in Rawhide, the spec files are
still compatible with all current Fedora releases as "perl-interpreter"
exists as a virtual provide in the main perl package for Fedora 24 to
26.

Confirming that this fix installs fine on rawhide. Thanks.
