$ virtualbox
VirtualBox: supR3HardenedVerifyDir: Failed to open "/opt/VirtualBox": No such file or directory (2)

this is on a system that has been running virtualbox for many Fedora releases and never looked in /opt/VirtualBox; there is no indication in the rpm database that such a directory "belongs to" any package.  There is also no indication it ever looked in $HOME/.VirtualBox, I guess this fail was right up front.

package is VirtualBox-5.1.30-2.fc27.x86_64 just installed, was the same with -1 before it.

I mean I need more information , it is working for me 

have you reload kernel modules [1] ?

Sorry, took a while to test, since I use vbox so much I was living back in F26.  Yes, after verious updates and reboots it works now, thanks.  Closing bug.
