it also should fix github mirror, github reject files with more than 100M , and EmptyEpsilon git repo have one file that have more than 100M

This issue should be fixed. There is no more 100Mo archive in git.
Please make a new clone and verify that all branches matches what's built in koji.

Seems ok,  we just need  just to build in F26 (I see now that I made the mistake to add last commit to F26 , sorry) I will do it asap.
