Latest release was built with an old Fedora toolchain.
And some Fedora 28 features are lost:

I did only _open bugs_ for all packages broken and installed in my PC.


To check ALL fedora packages broken in "Fedora 28 Mass Rebuild" or untagged for f28:

koji latest-pkg --all f28 > f28p
egrep -v  "\.fc28|^Fedora-" f28p


I do not know the exact config for rpmfusion-koji.
