secure boot isn't supported, if you want to use it you will need to sign the wl.ko yourself.

Thanks for reporting this issue.

As Josh Boyer suggested it, did you try to disable secure boot while booting Fedora to ensure that secure boot is the reason you hit this issue?

As leigh scott said it, secure boot is not supported yet for Fedora akmods modules.

If you want to try on your own, and if you don't mind building rpm packages yourself, here is below the links to a work in progress that tries to add this feature (secure boot and self signed modules) to Fedora akmods and kmodtool packages. They are provided as sources only and require to be packaged and installed by yourself. These sources contain some README.x files that explain howto setup things in order to have support for secure boot with akmods modules once the packages build and installed.
