Thee free-tainted repository for EL6 has libdvdcss-1.4.2,
but it is too new to be functional with vlc and libdvdread
verisons packaged for EL6.  The one functional with EL6
is libdvdcss-1.2.13 only: Can we have such a build please?

(There is no libdvdcss in the conponent list for EPEL, so
I had to pick vlc for this..)

libdvdcss-1.2.13 stayed in testing for a while, but it is
now moved to /dev/null and tainted still has libdvdcss-1.4.2

The libdvdcss component has been created for EPEL, I've moved the bug from vlc to libdvdcss.
Also, the repo has been updated and is now shipping the proper version.
Please make sure to remove the older libdvdcss 1.4.2 before re-installing libdvdcss, as there was no epoch bump on purpose.
