Since approximately midnight on 25th Dec 2018 I have been unable to connect to the koji.rpmfusion.org website.

It eventually timesout, however takes much longer then I would normally expect a down website to report the error (upwards of 3 minutes).

I've tried to connect from two different browsers and three different machines, all with the same result of being unable to connect.

Now back up, but worth checking the logs to see what happened.
