This is the tracker bug for RPM Fusion packages that are likely eligible for Fedora.

As Fedora allowed packages guidelines evolve, some packages that are hosted in RPM Fusion become allowed in Fedora.

Here is a list of some restrictions that got lifted :
- Emulators (with restrictions) [1]
- MP3 decoding[2]
- MP3 encoding [3]
- MPEG 1 and MPEG2 video [4] 

This list is not exhaustive and is subject to evolve over time.

RPM Fusion maintainers of packages that match any of the above are expected to do whatever in their capabilities to transfer the packages from RPM Fusion to Fedora.

Maybe it would be worthwhile filing a RFE against fedora gstreamer1-plugins-ugly-free package and request they package libmpeg2 have the most to gain from this change.
