Description Marco G 2019-08-08 10:11:57 CEST
Hi,
the version of chromium in EPEL is 75.0.3770.100-3.el7 (https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=1312264) but in rpmfusion we have only version 75.0.3770.100-2.el7 (same version, different release).

Please update to latest release otherwise package is broken.

Thanks,
  Marco

Thanks for the report.

Looks like I have to contact Chromium maintainer to fix things on his side.
There is a possibility we can stop chromium-libs-media-freeworld package to depend on chromium's release number( Only N-V should be enough instead of N-V-R).

Also since vascom has taken the initiative to maintain it, only one build per chromium version should be enough.

It's done. Now it will be easier to maintain. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1740173

Now that the same bug on Fedora tree is solved:

  https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5332

is possible to build the same version:

  http://koji.rpmfusion.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=12180

also for EL7 ?

Thanks,
  Marco

This was fixed, but is still not current see rfbz#5429
(there is currently no maintainer).
