trying F31, I have found a dependency problem with qt5-webengine-freeworld

# dnf install qt5-qtwebengine-freeworld
Last metadata expiration check: 0:00:33 ago on Mon Sep 16 09:57:20 2019.
Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides libre2.so.0()(64bit) needed by qt5-qtwebengine-freeworld-5.12.4-2.fc31.x86_64
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages)

the new version re2-1:20190801-3.fc31.x86_64 provides
/usr/lib64/libre2.so.0a

Note: this prevents upgrading to F31 also.
