Is it possible to release a version of nvidia 340.107 driver patched for el8 ?

Hello, It's unlikely, this driver is going to be EOL by the end of 2019 by NVIDIA.
We also trying hard to find someone who would volunteer to maintain the driver in fedora.

It's still possible to grab the driver manually from Fedora, but for the long term, you have to consider switching to nouveau or changing the HW...

Nvidia has released driver version 340.108 which works on RHEL 8.1.
