Not sure what the hold up is. I just built 1.5p3 on my system under F-12 without any problems, without changing anything in the spec file apart from the version number. It appears to work OK too.

I think I hadn't pushed the build properly, sorry. Check bug #1332 for the new update to 1.6p0 for F-13+.
