Failed build packages in mock for epel-8-x86_64-rpmfusion_free from Fedora 31.

At least need to change 'yum.conf' to 'dnf.conf' in /etc/mock/epel-8-x86_64-rpmfusion_free.cfg file.

After that change build start normal.

Same problems for other configs, fedora-31-x86_64-rpmfusion_free too.

Fixed with mock-rpmfusion-free-32.1 and mock-rpmfusion-nonfree-32.1
