Hi RPMFusion folks 

I just tried to update discord to the latest 0.0.10 release and it kept asking for this package 'google-noto-emoji-color-fonts' even tho the package is actually installed 

I tried to remove the older package 0.0.9 and re install discord again and it did grab the 0.0.9 not 0.0.10. I'm using Fedora 30 

if you need any detailed information, I will provide them

I'm experiencing this as well and also definitely have google-noto-emoji-color-fonts installed (although, I'm on rawhide). I pulled the src rpm and played with it. Changing "google-noto-emoji-color-fonts.noarch" to just "google-noto-emoji-color-fonts" seemed to fix the issue.

0.0.10-2 is currently building on Koji.
