The RPM-GPG-KEY-rpmfusion-free-fedora-32-primary key provided in the f30 release rpm is actually the f31 signing key and not the f32 signing key.

The prevents online upgrade from working since there's no f32 signing key available.

WORKAROUND:
Manually import the f32 signing key.
