I tried to upgrade a F33 KDE Plasma spin installation with rpmfusion-free enabled to rawhide with 
sudo dnf system-upgrade download --releasever rawhide --disablerepo=*update*

The following error indicated that qt5-qtwebengine-freeworld-5.15.1-1.fc34.x86_64 requires libevent-2.1.so.6. 

Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - problem with installed package qt5-qtwebengine-5.15.1-1.fc33.x86_64
  - package qt5-qtwebengine-freeworld-5.15.1-1.fc34.x86_64 requires libevent-2.1.so.6()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
  - qt5-qtwebengine-5.15.1-1.fc33.x86_64 does not belong to a distupgrade repository
  - libevent-2.1.8-10.fc33.x86_64 does not belong to a distupgrade repository
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages)

The same error occurred after running sudo dnf system-upgrade download --releasever rawhide --disablerepo=*update* --skip-broken
I have qt5-qtwebengine-5.15.1-1.fc33.x86_64 installed, but qt5-qtwebengine-freeworld isn't installed. 

libevent-2.1.12-2.fc34 provides libevent-2.1.so.7

qt5-qtwebengine-freeworld might need to be rebuilt with libevent-2.1.12-2.fc34.
