While doing a system upgrade to fedora 34, got this result.

Error: Transaction test error:
  file /usr/sbin/fsck.exfat conflicts between attempted installs of exfat-utils-1.3.0-6.fc34.x86_64 and exfatprogs-1.0.4-2.fc34.x86_64
  file /usr/sbin/mkfs.exfat conflicts between attempted installs of exfat-utils-1.3.0-6.fc34.x86_64 and exfatprogs-1.0.4-2.fc34.x86_64
  file /usr/share/man/man8/fsck.exfat.8.gz conflicts between attempted installs of exfat-utils-1.3.0-6.fc34.x86_64 and exfatprogs-1.0.4-2.fc34.x86_64
  file /usr/share/man/man8/mkfs.exfat.8.gz conflicts between attempted installs of exfat-utils-1.3.0-6.fc34.x86_64 and exfatprogs-1.0.4-2.fc34.x86_64

As they now have support for exFat in Fedora.

This should be retired for f34 along with fuse-exfat and added to rpmfusion-free-obsoletes package to purge it from  system upgrades.

It's been retired in master branches and f34+ packages have been untagged.
I also added it to the obsolete package to purge.
