The gstreamer version in F34 got downgraded to 1.18 again, leading to 1.19 plugins no longer working: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/gstreamer1/c/9b966f274c6e8640d344baf702a5116a271ba1e2?branch=f34

(This applies to the other gst plugin packages as well, but I've only opened a bug report against this one to avoid noise. Let me know if I should open bug reports against those as well.)
