After updating to Fedora 35 the GUI of fs-uae-launcher is not usable.

probably incompatibility with python3.10

luckily the flatpak from flathub works

The layout problem was fixed upstream

I've built fs-uae-launcher-3.1.66 for F35 and rawhide. It should appear soon in updates-testing.
