It seems Fedora https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1979565 is unable/unwilling to deliver Exiv2+BMFF.

Would you consider to include Exiv2 package with support for AVIF, HEIF, CR3 by enabling following single boolean?

-DEXIV2_ENABLE_BMFF:BOOL=ON

Only if you can package it without any conflict with the fedora exiv2 package.
We have a strict non-replacement package policy.

Also this doesn't qualify as a review.

In fairness too, the legal review at fedora is not complete.  Adding anything to rpmfusion at this point would be premature.

(Yes, it's not fun to have to wait)
